By downloading or using any EonasApps application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any application ("App") published by EonasApps, operated by Noe Bissig ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at eonasapps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms of service. Subscription offers and paywalls may be presented using Superwall, and purchase and subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat on our behalf.

The Snusst app is a personal tracking and motivation tool designed to support your effort to quit snus and nicotine pouches. It is not a medical device, medical service, or healthcare application, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
We are not doctors, nurses, pharmacists, or licensed healthcare professionals. Nothing in the app — including progress tracking, habit data, motivational content, tips, or any other feature — constitutes or should be interpreted as medical advice or a recommendation for your personal health situation.
Quitting nicotine can cause withdrawal symptoms including but not limited to: irritability, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, increased appetite, sleep disturbances, cravings, and in some cases more serious physical or psychological effects. If you experience severe or concerning symptoms during your quit attempt, stop using the app as your sole resource and seek immediate medical attention.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your nicotine use, particularly if you have or suspect you have any underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have previously experienced serious withdrawal symptoms.
The app is provided solely as a self-help aid. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees that use of the app will help you quit snus or improve your health. Results vary by individual and depend entirely on your own effort, circumstances, and health status.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EonasApps and Noe Bissig expressly disclaim all liability for any health outcomes, withdrawal effects, injuries, or damages — direct or indirect — arising from or related to your use of the Snusst app or your decision to reduce or stop nicotine use.
Oinky is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, accounting service, or financial advisor, and it does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Oinky does not connect to your bank or payment accounts. All entries are based on the information you choose to enter. Any totals, budgets, categories, summaries, or insights the app produces are for your personal information only and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any figures before relying on them, and you should consult a qualified professional for financial, tax, or accounting decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EonasApps and Noe Bissig accept no liability for any financial loss, decision, or other consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, Oinky or its outputs.
Some apps, including Oinky, use artificial intelligence to interpret your input — for example, turning a typed or spoken phrase into a categorised transaction. To provide this, the text you enter is processed by a third-party AI provider on our behalf.
AI output is automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or miscategorised. It is provided as a convenience only and is not guaranteed. You can review and edit any AI-generated entry, and you are responsible for checking that it is correct. You agree not to rely on AI-generated output as a substitute for professional advice.
You may enter personal data such as diary entries, expense logs, and usage data into the App. You retain ownership of this content. By entering this content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it — including, where applicable, sending the text you enter to a third-party AI provider — solely to provide the service to you.
You must not enter content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Noe Bissig / EonasApps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any App content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption in service. Updates may change features or functionality and may be required for continued use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EonasApps and Noe Bissig are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Uri, Switzerland.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service, these Terms will govern to the extent permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
