These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any application ("App") published by EonasApps, operated by Noe Bissig ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at eonasapps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms of service.
The Quit Snus app is a personal tracking and motivation tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, counselling, or advice.
If you are struggling with nicotine addiction, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. We are not liable for any health outcomes related to your use of the app.
You may enter personal data such as diary entries and usage logs into the App. You retain ownership of this content. By entering this content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You must not enter content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Noe Bissig / EonasApps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any App content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption in service. Updates may change features or functionality and may be required for continued use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EonasApps and Noe Bissig are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Uri, Switzerland.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service, these Terms will govern to the extent permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
