Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email us at eonasapps@gmail.com and we'll handle it manually.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
My progress / data disappeared — what happened?
Make sure you're logged into the same account. Your data is linked to your account, not the device. If you reinstalled the app, simply log back in and your data will sync. If data is still missing, contact us using the form below.
How do I restore a purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Is Quit Snus free?
Yes, the core features of Quit Snus are free. Some advanced features may be available as optional in-app purchases.
